- Order before 2 pm GMT, Monday to Friday: Guaranteed dispatch same day, expected delivery next day
- Order after 2 pm GMT, Monday to Thursday: Guaranteed dispatch next day, expected delivery within two business days
- Order after 2 pm GMT on a Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday: Guaranteed dispatch on Monday, expected delivery by Wednesday
- Orders placed during bank holidays: Guaranteed dispatch by the next working day

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
We understand that when buying hair online, sometimes you realize you've chosen the wrong colour. To ensure that the process of returning your goods is quick and hassle-free, we ask you to send back the items undamaged, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
Once we are in receipt of your returns and have inspected the items, we will email you with details of your refund. If the return is accepted it will be automatically refunded and if you wish to receive a new item/s in its place a new order will need to be placed by yourself via our website.Please note refunds will be processed for the item value only and will not include the original shipping costs. Please remember that delivery costs for returns, including any insurance you may wish to take out on high-value items, are at the sender’s own cost.
DAMAGED ITEM?
We quality check all orders before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your purchase does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please email us straight away. Please do not send back your item before you have contacted us as it may not get processed. To deal with your enquiry quickly please include your name, order number (located on the top left of your invoice) and the nature of the fault. Once we have received your request we will respond with details of how to send the item(s) back to us.If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you will receive a refund of the full cost of the item. If your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
